One Fast Move Or I'm Gone: Kerouac's Big Sur - Documentary (Atlantic Records)

Feature length documentary which had a successful US theatrical release that featured Tom Waits, Sam Shepard, Patti Smith, Robert Hunter, S.E. Hinton and many others. The Los Angeles Times wrote "It's a particularly affecting horror story because it shadows the tight-wire path we walk every day: a man, slowly, inexorably closing down on himself. Esquire said “examines the post - On the Road period - a time when Kerouac descended into extreme alcoholism” - Esquire

Beat Generation Productions' Jim Sampas produced the project with Gloria Bailen.
